The Equal Employment Opportunity Division (EEOD) is responsible for the direction and review of BSEE's equal opportunity and diversity programs, including EEO complaint processing. Our goal is to ensure that workforce activities are inclusive, that they promote the full utilization and exchange of skills and talents. We also provide advice and guidance to the bureau's Diversity Change Agents. The division chief functions as the BSEE Equal Employment Opportunity Officer. The office also provides the above services to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM).
