Each “EStB Link” will direct you to a PDF listing the current cycle’s equipment list or performance requirements. Type lists the relevant equipment category (e.g. “decommissioning,” “drilling,” “production,” etc.) Note that ‘Closing Date’ ends at the close of business, 5PM EST.

Email title: “Public Comment Submission for [draft equipment list or performance requirements] for [year] EStB Cycle.

The name of the proposed/listed EStB, if applicable.

If the user wishes to propose an alternative piece of equipment or list, input it here.
