Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) Director Brian Salerno will be traveling to Houston for the 2015 Offshore Technology Conference May 5-7 at NRG Park. Director Salerno is scheduled to deliver remarks and BSEE Chief of Offshore Regulatory Programs Doug Morris will lead a safety and environmental management systems (SEMS) panel discussion. The BSEE booth will also be on display in the Exhibit Hall. BSEE staff will be on hand to discuss career opportunities with conference attendees and answer questions about BSEE and offshore safety. Director Salerno will join Alfonso Zegbe of the Agencia de Seguridad Energetica y Ambiental, Anne Myhrvold of the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway and Marcelo Mafra Borges de Macedo of the ANP for a discussion on operational regulations in deepwater after the Deepwater Horizon tragedy.
