BSEE's Pacific Region is based in Camarillo, Calif., about one hour north of Los Angeles. The region manages the 43 oil and gas leases offshore southern California (23 platforms and 6 operators), with an annual production of 18.5 million bbls of oil and 27 billion cubic feet of natural gas. Approximately 1.3 billion barrels of oil and 1.8 trillion cubic feet of natural gas have been produced here since the late 1960s.
