This is a Joint Industry Project (JIP). The purpose is to produce an up-to-date guide for the design and reassessment of offshore tubular joints, and to continue the information and advisory activities of the tubular joints group offered in earlier phases.

Latest progress update

A design guide is being developed and edited. Recent research focused on developing a new approach to material selection, welding, fabrication, and non-destructive examination. The project is now complete.
