Description

This is a Joint Industry Project (JIP). The project objective to assess the current state-of-the-art and the future technological challenges, related to the evaluation of steel tubular joints in existing offshore structures. The results of this study include recommendations on actions the Minerals Management Service (MMS) and the petroleum industry could take to develop reliable methods for re-qualifying existing offshore structures with tubular steel joints.
