This is a Cooperative Agreement. A workshop will be held as part of the Joint Symposium of the 13th International Okhotsk Sea and Sea Ice Symposium and Ice Scour and Arctic Marine Pipelines Workshop in Mombetsu, Hokkaido, Japan. The workshop will be held from February 1-5, 1998.
