Description
Produce a summary report of recent research performed under the MMS TAP Operational Safety and Engineering (OSER) Program. The study will review OSER deliverables produced since 2004 to summarize their work and accomplishments. To maximize the value of the results, the findings will be collated utilizing a subject matter title methodology that will allow users easy and accurate access to obtain the necessary information.
Latest progress update
The kick off meeting was held January 5, 2010. A final report of the studies findings was provided on November 5, 2010. The Final report and appendices are provided below.
