Description
The main goal of this project is to develop reference and computational tools that can be used by BSEE to improve production verification practices and personnel training. The objectives of the proposed research are to develop the following references that BSEE inspectors can use to become familiar with offshore oil and gas metering technologies, procedures for inspecting and verifying the performance of offshore measurement technologies, and computational tools with which BSEE inspectors can calculate measurement uncertainties for selected metering technologies in single-phase gas or liquid flows.
