The study aims to determine how BSEE regulations for Mooring Integrity Management compare to other worldwide regulations, what gaps exist in the regulations, and what inspection techniques are currently available. The objective of this study is to improve BSEE and industry understanding of global mooring standards, inspection techniques, and risks.
