The objective of this task is fourfold: 1) to assess the 3 API Standards/RPs; 2) to provide training on the three API standards/RPs; 3) develop PINCs to meet the intent of these three standards; and 4) recommend if BSEE should determine compliance through inspections, audits or both. The contractor shall be responsible for developing a checklist or audit protocols for each standard (to be determined by contents in standard/RP) for use by BSEE field personnel. The contractor shall be required to conduct up to three training classes (BSEE internal employees only) on each standard/RP that would provide an overview of the three standards that would include what BSEE engineers/inspectors should be enforcing during engineering reviews, safety inspections, maintenance, safe work practices and operation procedures.
